Pilihan utama: pemilik/pemohon sendiri. Setibanya di kebun, ladang atau pusat pengumpulan buah, buka semula pendaftaran menggunakan Nama / No. IC / MPOB No / No. Telefon, sahkan melalui kod emel, kemudian sahkan GPS dan ambil 4 keping gambar wajib.
